Apartments
Our 18 comfortable apartments, of various kinds and sizes, are furnished in a simple, practical style. All the rooms still have their original ceilings made of wooden beams, and traditional Tuscan terracotta tile floors. Each apartment has its own, separate entrance, a kitchen with all utensils for cooking and dining, and a range of equipment (American coffee-maker, electric kettle, microwave, fridge, freezer etc.) and a private garden or patio with a rack for drying clothes, and a table and chairs for enjoyable al fresco meals. Inside each apartment there is a satellite TV, dishwasher (not in C5-C6), a safe, and two bathrooms/toilets with hairdrier (except the one-room apartments C5 and C6, and apartment C3, which have one bathroom only). All the apartments also have their own heating system and air conditioners, installed in the bedrooms or living rooms (except apartments 5-6-14).
WiFi is available free of charge throughout the Residence, including the swimming pool area and other outdoor areas.
Guests may also request a child's cot, high chair or extra bed for young children.
To encourage our Guests to get to know the wonders of our local art, nature and fine food and wines, we have given each apartment the name of a local town or city that can be visited, and a short itinerary covering a day, or a few hours, that may suggest some less well-known (but easily accessible) corners of our much-loved region.
