Notes: very characteristic, with rustic ceiling and views on all sides looking out over the surrounding countryside. Especially suited for groups of friends.
This apartment, situated on the second floor, is reached by two flights of stone steps, the first is shared, the second is private. A large living room, with lounge area, has a dbl-sized sofa-bed, dining area and satellite TV, as well as air conditioning system with multiple functions (heater, air cooler and dehumidifier), and a kitchenette with dishwasher and toilet with sink. The rest of the apartment consists in two bedrooms (one dbl, one twin) and bathroom with shower. The private garden has table, chairs, and clothes-rack, and has a wooden pergola with small solar-powered lamp for outdoor meals.
11 Arezzo
Notes: Particularly suitable for couples, since the bedrooms are independent from each other, or for large families. Traditional rustic-style roof.
On the first floor, overlooking the swimming pool. A covered stone staircase in the centre of the main building leads directly from the apartment's private garden to the entrance. The lounge is very sunny, and comprises dining area with sofa-bed, satellite TV and kitchen with dishwasher. The windows afford charming views of the pool and parts of the surrounding countryside. From the lounge, a short corridor leads to the two bathrooms with showers, and the two dbl bedrooms, one of which is especially large. Inside the apartment there is an air conditioner with multiple functions (heating, air cooling and dehumidifier). The small private, furnished garden facing the pool has a wooden pergola with solar-powered light, and tables and chairs for al fresco meals. There is also a rack for drying clothes.
7 San Gimignano
Notes: although the apartment is of the same standard as the others, it is particularly rustic, since it is part of what used to be the stables.
On two floors. The ground floor has an entrance leading from a small paved area into the lounge area, with double-sized sofa-bed. Here there is a dining area with kitchenette, satellite TV, a double bedroom, and bathroom with shower. From the lounge a spacious staircase leads to the first floor where a small landing leads to the second bathroom with shower, and an attractive dbl bedroom with a conditioner installed to regulate the temperature (heater, air cooler and dehumidifier). The private patio has a rack for drying clothes, adjacent to the apartment's own private garden with wooden pergola, solar-powered light, table and chairs.
2 Siena
Notes: Thanks to the large lounge area, there is enough space for up to 6 people to share the apartment in comfort.
On two floors. Situated right by the pool. Ground floor: Entry is directly from the garden. The large arched entrance takes you into the large living room, with sofas and a dining table and satellite TV. The kitchenette, with dishwasher, is at the back of the lounge area, as well as a bathroom with shower, and a spacious staircase leading to the upper floor. First floor: This comprises a bathroom with shower, single bedroom with additional bed, a fine arched window overlooking the swimming pool, and a large dbl bedroom, also with moulded window overlooking the pool. There is an air conditioner on both floors to regulate the temperature, with multiple functions (heater, air cooler and dehumidifier). The private, furnished garden facing the pool has a table, chairs, and rack for drying clothes.
