PRICES: the prices as quoted
apply to rent per week, and are inclusive of water, electricity,
gas, heating, a weekly change of linen (bed-linen and towels),
cleaning the rooms at the end of every stay, and child seats.
The price does not include rubbish disposal (which is the
responsibility of Guests) and all other items mentioned on
the EXTRA SERVICES list.
PERIOD OF STAY: the period
of stay begins and ends on a Saturday, barring individual
offers, or other periods agreed upon with Guests.
PAYMENT AND VOUCHERS: on
receipt of confirmation of the booking, the Guest pays Borgo
al Cerro srl an amount equal to 35% of the total amount due
for the stay, as a deposit and as confirmation, either by
means of CREDIT CARD (giving details of type of card, card
number, expiry date, and authorization to debit the amount
due), or by means of BANK TRANSFER to the following account:

On receipt of all of the above, Borgo al Cerro srl will send
Guests a Voucher to be presented on arrival. Payment of the
remaining amount, in cash or by credit card, is due on arrival,
at which point the keys are handed over.
ARRIVALS/DEPARTURES: guests
may arrive between 15.00 and 19.00, and are to depart by 1000.
Any other time must be agreed upon beforehand.
PROCEDURE ON ARRIVAL: on
arrival, guests must produce their rental voucher at Reception,
as well as their passport or identity card, in order to register,
as required under law.
DEPOSIT: on receipt of the
key, Guests must pay a deposit of 150 euros in cash. This
deposit will be returned on departure, minus any additional
expenses for any damage caused.
NUMBER OF PEOPLE-PETS: the
number of people who stay in each apartment must not exceed
the number of beds indicated for each apartment. In the interests
of other Guests, pets are not allowed.
RENTAL: renting is effected
directly by, or on behalf of, Borgo al Cerro srl, at the prices
stated on the "Price list"
or as stated directly to the client.
CANCELLATIONS: If a booking
is cancelled, the following charges are incurred:
From booking date until arrival.
