CONDITIONS
PRICES:
the prices as quoted apply to rent per week, and are inclusive of water, electricity, gas, heating, a weekly change of linen (bed-linen and towels), and child seats. The price does not include rubbish disposal (which is the responsibility of Guests) and all other items mentioned on the EXTRA SERVICES list.
PERIOD OF STAY:
the period of stay begins and ends on a Saturday, barring individual offers, or other periods agreed upon with Guests.
METHOD OF BOOKING:
bookings can be made directly on-line, or using the application form, e-mail, phone, or fax.
PAYMENT:
- on-line using credit card: send us a valid credit card as a guarantee via our secure, guaranteed system (SSL 256BIT) at time of booking. We will deduct 35% of the total booking price only in the event of a cancellation, otherwise the whole fee can be paid on arrival.
- on-line via PayPal:

Borgo al Cerro s.r.l. will send you the Voucher to be presented on arrival. Payment of the outstanding amount will be made at check-in / check-out in cash, or by credit card.
*For special bookings amounting to 2,500.00 euros or more, payment of the full cost (100%) is required before arrival

CANCELLATION POLICY:
35% from booking until Check-in In the event of a cancellation, Borgo al Cerro s.r.l. is authorized to deduct an amount of money from the customer’s credit card, in line with the above percentages, as a penalty, or to retain the 35% deposit received by bank draft or via PayPal. To prevent a cancellation fee being charged, in the event that you have to delay or cancel your trip for health reasons or on other plausible grounds, we advise you to take out insurance against having to cancel or cut short your trip.
ARRIVALS/DEPARTURES:
- Guests may arrive any time between the hours of 15.00 and 19.00;
- On the day of departure, Guests must leave by 10.00.
Any variation to the above times must be agreed upon beforehand with the management.
PROCEDURE ON ARRIVAL:
On arrival, Guests must hand in their booking Voucher at Reception, as well as their passport and identity card for registration, as required under law.
DEPOSIT:
On picking up their keys, Guests will pay the sum of 200.00 euros in cash as a deposit. This deposit will be returned on their departure, after deduction of any fees relating to additional expenses and any breakages.
NUMBER OF PEOPLE-PETS:
The number of people staying in an apartment will not be greater than the number of places (bedspace) indicated for each apartment. Out of respect for other Guests, pets are not allowed, except by prior agreement directly with the management.
TERMS:
Apartments are let directly by Borgo al Cerro s.r.l., or on its behalf, at the price advertised directly to the client.
