Well being - Techniche
Most people suffer from different kinds of disturbances from time to time, such as anxiety, insomnia, fatigue, circulation problems, headaches, eating disorders, hyperactivity, imbalances of the body, and muscular pains. These conditions are closely connected to stress, which prevents complete relaxation and a healthy balance between the mind, the body, and the spirit. Holistic treatments enable one to restore balance to the entire system, and to give a deep sense of relaxation.

AYURVEDIC MASSAGE: A treatment using oils and powders originating in India, it aids the elimination of toxins from the body, improves muscle tone, activates blood and lymph circulation, skin and tissue nutrition, and gives a deep sense of well-being.

RELAXING TREATMENT FOR BACKS: Together with techniques aimed at the manipulation of the spine, the neck, the pelvis, and the sciatic nerve. It improves flexibility and posture, and is relaxing and revitalizing.

LYMPH TREATMENT: This allows the body to get rid of excess fluid retention, and is very good for improving circulation in the lymphs. It also leads to visible aesthetic benefits by acting on micro-circulation and cellulitis, and against aging of the skin.

RELAXING MASSAGE: This is a technique common all over the East, and, combined with the application of exclusive essential oils, it relieves muscular pain and tension, with positive effects on insomnia, stress and depression. It is effective in physical, emotional, and mental regeneration.

SHIATSU: Originating in Japan, this consists in manual pressure on energy points used in acupuncture, and is very good for regulating the functions of the various organs in the body and for treating migraine and tiredness, helping to restore one’s sense of balance and vitality.

QI GONG AND BODY AWARENESS: In our western society, the mind and the body are seen as separate, whereas in Oriental cultures they are conceived of as aspects of the same reality. This vision gives rise to methods and techniques to regain vitality and a sense of relaxation.

BODY AWARENESS EXERCISES, based on dance, mobility in the joints, movement, meditation, and relaxation can help to reduce stress and inner tensions. Some of these exercises are body movements that originated in the East, particulary in China and Japan, and they are known by the name of QI GONG.

These movements are excellent for staying healthy, because they help to balance the entire system, to improve breathing capacity, and to loosen the joints and muscles. They are ideal for people of all ages.
